I have spent much of my career in a customer-facing, pre-sales and delivery role. Over the past 12 years working in the Autodesk MFG product channel as presales, delivery, training, consultancy and post-sales support. Recently as a Technical Consulting Lead for some of the largest Autodesk resellers around the world. My speciality lies with the in the high level and powerful data management product Autodesk Vault which allows customers to safely manage design data, speed up their design process, collaborate both internally and externally and securely manage data, track revisions and control the change process. I pride myself on building successful relationships with my customers and delivering at over expectations allowing the customer to focus on what they do best.
